OUR CERTIFICATIONS
Every certification we hold was earned through strict adherence to national and international food safety, animal welfare, and quality standards. Our certifications are government-verified, continuously monitored requirements that every shipment must satisfy.
Uruguay's National Meat Institute provides continuous on-site oversight. Our INAC establishment registration is the foundation of our export eligibility. INAC veterinary inspectors are present throughout all slaughter and processing operations.
The facility operates under USDA-FSIS requirements for Uruguayan beef exports to the USA. All US-bound shipments carry official export health certificates and are subject to USDA-FSIS import reinspection upon arrival.
A certified HACCP food safety management system is maintained. Full documentation, monitoring records, and corrective action logs available for all production runs and for customer or authority review upon request.
Produced under recognized Islamic halal authority supervision. Segregated production lines, dedicated equipment, and specific slaughter protocols. Certificates of conformity issued per shipment.
Kosher slaughter under certified mashgichim supervision per Jewish dietary law. Kashrut certificates accompany every Kosher shipment. Uruguay is a leading Kosher beef exporter.
EU health certificates for Hilton quota shipments. All animals enrolled in Uruguay's SNIG national traceability system — full farm-to-fork identification and movement records.

We provide a full export documentation package with every shipment. All certificates are issued by official government or certifying authorities. Documentation can be tailored to import country requirements.
