Seven Stages of Excellence

Animal Reception & Ante-Mortem

Cattle arriving undergo mandatory ante-mortem inspection by registered veterinary inspectors. Animals rest upon arrival to reduce stress. Only health-cleared animals proceed to slaughter.

Slaughter Line

Designed in strict compliance with INAC and MGAP regulations. Humane stunning protocols applied. Equipped for conventional, Halal-certified, and Kosher slaughter with designated protocols per certification.

Carcass Processing & Deboning

Post-mortem inspection then controlled-temperature processing. Skilled butchers carry out primary and secondary deboning. Deboning rooms operate at regulated low temperatures to maintain integrity.

Cold Chain & Refrigeration

Unbroken cold chain from slaughter through to loading of refrigerated containers. Dedicated chilling rooms, aging chambers, and blast freezing tunnels. Continuous automated temperature monitoring.

Vacuum Packing & Labeling

Products vacuum packed in food-grade materials. Each package labeled with product description, cut code, weight, lot number, production date, use-by date, country of origin, and certification marks.

Freezing & Cold Storage

Blast freezing tunnel to -18\u00b0C or below. Temperature-controlled cold storage for FCL accumulation. Temperature logs maintained at all times for third-party audit.

Container Loading

Refrigerated (reefer) containers pre-cooled before loading. Container stuffing managed on-site to ensure cold chain is not broken. Temperature recorders fitted for ocean transit monitoring.
