FOOD SAFETY SYSTEMS
The facility operates under the continuous on-site supervision of INAC-designated official veterinary inspectors and MGAP veterinarians who carry out ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection, enforce HACCP compliance, and certify products for export.
A certified HACCP food safety management system is maintained throughout all production runs. HACCP documentation, monitoring records, and corrective action logs are available for customer or authority review upon request.
