Led by the Sarubbi family, the company has consistently invested in modernizing its facility, expanding its product range, and deepening relationships with global buyers.
The name Sirsil SA has become synonymous with product reliability and export integrity within Uruguay’s meat industry. The facility operates under the direct oversight of INAC (Instituto Nacional de Carnes) and MGAP, which govern all aspects of bovine slaughter, processing, and export in Uruguay.
